How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within the UK typically takes 6–13 business days, divided into:

Do you deliver across the United Kingdom?
Yes, we deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom. All orders come with free shipping.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also follow your shipment on our tracking page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please email us at support@lassonliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the return instructions and address.
How long before I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed in British Pounds (GBP) via Shopify Payments.

What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, email us with your name and order number so we can verify your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to help. Email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
